Word of God School offers Extended care to children who are enrolled at Word of God School.
Program Hours are as follows:
Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Fees are as follows per session:
| One Child | $20.00 per session |
| Two Children | $25.00 per session |
| Three Children | $30.00 per session |
| Additional | Please add $5.00 for each additional child per session |
Session Hours:
Monday through Friday Session 1 8:00 am - 11:00 am
Session 2 11:00 am - 2:30 pm
Session 3 2:39 pm - 6:00 pm
When there is a 1/2 day, every child who attends Extended Care must be signed up in advance. If we do not have the advance sign ups we will not guarantee that staff will be available that day.
In addition to the provider fee, there is a charge of $15.00 per child per month. This additional charge should be paid in cash and separate from the other fees. This covers all snacks, general supplies and purchases for the program. Please submit this fee at the beginning of the month.
We will charge a policy of $1.00 per minute if your child is picked up past the 6:00 p.m. program hour. This charge must be paid within the week.
Our policy states that fees must be paid in advance. There are to e no exceptions made. If an account is past due, we will not be able t have your child return until it is paid in full.
